Additional
No value added tax (VAT) is charged on trophy fees, if trophy is exported.
Wounded and lost animals will be charged full.
Two trophy animals per species may be hunted.
Days of arrival and departure are account for as one hunting day, if not hunting during these days.
Rifles & ammunition can be hired on request.

Hunting Concessions & Length of Safari
We will gladly assist you to find the right combination of hunting concessions, with your choice of animals you prefer to hunt, considering the length of your safari. Please feel free to contact us for a consultation in this regard.

What to take along for the hunt
Your regular (bolt action) rifle in calibres .375 HH, 300 WM, minimum .30-06
2 rifles with maximum 60 rounds of ammunition may be imported.
Khaki safari clothes, strong cotton material in dark colours (green/brown) or camo is advisable,
Light-coloured khaki is not advisable. Pullover or fleece jacket and windbreaker, a pair of gloves,
May until August can be freezing at dawn & dusk with cold nights,
Light-weight hunting boots, ankle height and grip soles for quiet walking and stalking,
Wide-rimed hat, sunscreen, binoculars (e.g. 8x30), camera, short ankle gaiters.

Payment
50% deposit of daily rate, confirms the booking of your hunt.
Cancellation 6 weeks prior to commencement of the hunt will forfeit your deposit,
Unless, if under reasonable circumstances a new hunting date is agreed upon and confirmed.
Rest payment is to be paid after the hunt. Travellers cheques, cash, bank drafts are accepted, no personal cheques.

Insurance
Ndandi Safaris CC is registerd with the Namibia Tourism Board as trophy hunting - and tour operator with compulsory insurances. Wa advice clients to take out their personal comprehensive travel insurance.

Health
We are hunting in non - or very low risk malaria areas. Consult your medical practitioneer on malaria prophylactics. Please inform us prior to your safari of any health condition and special dietary requirements to be considered.

Photo safaris in Namibia
Ndandi Safaris CC is registered tour operator. We will assist you in planning your individual photographic safari.

Namibia offers a wide variety of destinations and places of interest to choose from, e.g. Etosha National Park, Kaokoveld and Damaraland, Swakopmund and the Skeleton Coast, the Okavango Delta and Caprivi, Victoria Falls, Kalahari Dessert and much more.
Knowledgeable safari guides or pilots will accompany you in comfortable off road vehicles or charter aircraft.

Flight connections
We recommend flights via Frankfurt (Germany), connecting with Air Namibia directly to Windhoek 5 times a week. Hunters get 10kg extra baggage allowance. Flights via Johannesburg require quite some patience and paper work for import/transit of rifles. Please inform us should you need assisstance in booking your flights.
